You can choose from several different workouts, and each one can be adapted to your level of fitness and experience.
We have classes suitable for absolute beginners right up to advanced level students. These classes are a perfect mash-up of a cardio warm-up, stretching and strength training, using the pole as an apparatus to create beautiful pole tricks using your body. This is a brilliant class for toning those abs and arms but also great as a general full-body toning class. We also offer pole choreography classes which are brilliant for toning and which provide a full cardio workout. Great to improve coordination whilst having fun and getting fit!

The aerial hoop is a circular piece of steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling. Using aerial hoops we are able to perform acrobatic movements which showcase the beautiful shapes and movements your body is able to create. This can be done using static poses, or whilst spinning or swinging on the hoop. Aerial hoop is a full body workout and this class is brilliant for strengthening your core and improving balance and flexibility.

Stretch and tone – a slow paced environment using breathing techniques to relax the muscles and allow for a deeper stretch, as well as toning exercises to strengthen your core. Working towards all flexibility goals and core strength.

Looking for an exciting athletic experience? Silks is just the ticket. In Silks we use either a stretchy or non stretchy special fabric rigged from the ceiling. The fabric can be wrapped, knotted and spiralled around the body to create poses, drops and transitions. Aerial Silks works a lot of upper body strength and in terms of difficulty, ranges from beginner to advanced to suit everybody.

Streetdance/ Contemporary classes
Our classes in Streetdance range from age 5 to adults, beginners to advanced. This style of dancing is a great, modern and fun way to keep fit at the same time as learning a cool and popular style of dance. We have classes simply for fun or for those looking to refine their technique, all the way up to supporting our hip hop teams that compete up and down the country on a regular basis.
Contemporary dance embodies ballet/modern/jazz and lyrical to create a beautiful style of dance. We have newly starting competing in this art. We just have the one class at the moment in this style on a saturday at 11.15 am but we are hoping to build up more classes in this beautiful style. This class is suitable for beginners.

In gymnastics we use the floor to perform acrobatics. This is a beginner class for kids where they learn how to perform skills such as cartwheels, splits, walk overs and much more. We use additional apparatus such as small trampolines, stretch bands and much more to help increase power and flexibility.

Circus is an amazing mash up of three arts; pole, aerial hoop and silks. This is great as a taster class to try all three disciplines. Amazing full body workout and great for flexibility training.
